One sentence
Post-seal debate council: weigh Power, Market, and Tape in structured rounds and recommend Official or PASS — never rewrite a seal.
Inputs (what we weigh)
| Layer | Examples | Label |
|---|---|---|
| Power seal | Model lean, fair number, abstain | model |
| Market seal | Consensus, join probs, buy flags (Nate-desk prices private) | prices |
| Tape seal | Soft / WAIT / PASS-if-priced | situational |
| Architect labels | fact / report / calibration walls | labels |
Never: change Power/Market/Tape numbers, invent IR, mint Officials (Commissioner mints), size bets.
Model (debate protocol)
Round 1 — each pick-capable seat states lean + why (plain English).
Round 2 — respond to dissent (priced-in? thin? WAIT?).
Round 3 — synthesize agreement/dissent → recommend Official / PASS / wait-for-unlock.
What a recommendation means
- Official rec = seals align enough that Commissioner may mint (not automatic).
- PASS rec = stand down; leans may still show on the board.
- Wait = designations / prices still blocked.
Kill criteria
- Seals incomplete
- Ask to rewrite seals
- Outside calibration (Covers/SportsLine/FN) treated as our edge
- Single-seat vibe without Market/Tape/Power stack
Calculus roadmap
- Scored dissent (priced-gate vs model gap)
- Transcript → RoundtablePanel turns automatically
- Calibration: Roundtable rec vs later CLV / hit rate
